Nazareth Hospital, Shillong, proudly organized a comprehensive CPR Training Program in observance of IAPNational CPR Day at the IAP CPR Centre, located within the hospital premises. The initiative aimed to raise awareness and equip healthcare professionals with essential life-saving skills in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
The training was conducted under the expert guidance of Dr. Santanu Deb, Dr. Palash Ranjan Gogoi, Dr. Pramod Paharia, Mrs. Angkita Sharma, and Dr. Sabrina Yesmin. Their valuable insights and hands-on instruction played a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness of the training session.
More than 120 hospital staff members from various departments actively participated in the program, reflecting a strong commitment to patient safety and emergency preparedness. The training included practical demonstrations, hands-on CPR techniques, and discussions on the latest CPR protocols in alignment with national and international guidelines.
