Position 1: Human Resources (HR) Manager
Job Summary
Plan, direct, and manage all human resource functions of the hospital
Ensure effective workforce management and compliance with labor laws and hospital policies
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures
Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and staff retention
Oversee staff performance management and appraisal systems
Coordinate training and professional development programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
Handle employee relations, welfare, and disciplinary matters
Maintain accurate personnel records and HR documentation
Advise hospital management on HR strategies and workforce planning
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Master’s degree or professional HR certification (added advantage)
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR management
Hospital/healthcare experience preferred
Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Position 2: Quality Manager
Job Summary
Develop and monitor quality assurance systems
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, patient safety requirements, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality assurance and quality improvement programs
Monitor compliance with healthcare standards and accreditation requirements
Conduct internal audits and quality assessments
Analyze clinical and operational data to identify areas for improvement
Lead patient safety and risk management initiatives
Train hospital staff on quality standards and best practices
Prepare quality reports for hospital management and authorities
Coordinate accreditation and certification activities
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Public Health, Quality Management, or a related field
Master’s degree or certification in Quality Management (added advantage)
Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare quality management
Knowledge of hospital quality standards and accreditation systems
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
